David Owen

David Anthony Llewellyn Owen, Baron Owen, is a British politician and physician who served as Foreign Secretary as a Labour Party MP under James Callaghan from 1977 to 1979, and later led the Social Democratic Party (SDP). He was a Member of Parliament for 26 years, from 1966 to 1992.
